Brokerage Cross Functional Specialist

We have a unique opportunity with a rapidly growing, best-in-class supply chain company for an experienced Freight Brokerage Operations Specialist. This position will be responsible for managing inbound freight from suppliers, as well as outbound line-haul movements, primarily throughout Ontario. The role will oversee the entire transportation process—from carrier selection and management through to pickup and final delivery. The ideal candidate will have: • Strong experience in freight brokerage or transportation operations • Proficiency with CRM and TMS software • Experience with driver scheduling software • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Excel would be a significant asset This is a full-time, in-office position located in the 401 / Winston Churchill Boulevard area, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth within a rapidly expanding organization.
